PAS™

Passenger Alert Service

We created Passenger Alert Service™ (a.k.a PAS™) explicitly for Bus & Coach Operators. As a result, operators can now engage directly and purposefully with passengers across all passenger travel experience touch-points, from when they purchase a ticket to getting ready to board a bus or coach.


Passengers will receive real-time SMS alerts with their e-Tickets and SMS reminders of their pre-travel checklist. In addition, they and their loved ones will receive SMS incident alerts when there is a breakdown during the journey. Post-travel SMS alerts will also be issued to collect passengers feedback on their journey experience and report lost and found items.
